Rodent Control & Exclusion

Rodents can enter through very small openings in roofs, vents, foundations, or gaps around pipes and utility lines. Mice can fit through holes as small as a dime. This is why we do a full structure inspection before providing a quote for your home exclusion project.

Exclusion work really just involves sealing entry points around the home to prevent animals from entering while also trapping and removing any animals already inside. We preform exclusion work for bats, birds, and rodents.

Every situation is different, but we recommend an initial inspection that will allow us to take note of how many entry points are in the structure, and what type of material is best suited to seal it. We also take note of the condition of the property. If we see a lot of rodent droppings or debris, we will also include a quote for you to clean that up. After the inspection, and upon approval of our estimate, we would seal all the entry points, set traps to catch any animals inside and schedule one or more follow-up visits to ensure the problem is fully resolved.
